It works like this:  Include the website address that we give you near your phone number on your “FOR SALE BY OWNER” sign and in any newspapers you may advertise in.

Or . . . our upgraded package ($1,500 per year) where you get everything included below PLUS your website will be optimized for your keywords.  For instance, if you do a Google or Yahoo search for "Lakefront homes in Florida", our client's website  www.LakeFrontHomesInFlorida.com comes up on the first page. Also included in this package: listings in online directories to draw traffic to your website, access to detailed website traffic reports (Google Analytics) and videos of your home (provided by you - 10 Min MAX) posted on YouTube. 

We list all the information you wish to display about your house; lot size, room size, taxes, utilities and unlimited pictures. Including as much information as you can, will save you time answering questions and unnecessary phones calls. 

Our Fee:  For a flat $400.00, we will create a website for you and leave it published for one full year.  You also get a “hit counter” so you can see how many visitors are coming to your website.
